Milwaukee, WI (Southside)

1st Shift, 5am - 1pm

2nd shift, 03:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Mon - Fri

3rd shift, 08:30 pm - 05:00 am

$18 p/hr + $1 on 2nd & +$3 on 3rd shift

Job Purpose:

Operate forklift, gather materials from inventory and deliver them to work stations via forklift. This requires navigating in narrow aisles within the manufacturing floor.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

• Solid forklift operating experience
• Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
• Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, and other equipment.
• Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
