Job Description
Pay: $21.27 - $25.00/hr
Location: Minooka, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; overtime may be required.

Position Overview
Seeking a skilled Material Handler and Field Support Associate for our Minooka, IL distribution depot. This hybrid role involves forklift operation and field service duties, with travel and customer support responsibilities. Ideal candidates are experienced forklift operators with teamwork, customer focus, and physical activity readiness.

Primary Responsibilities (Forklift):

• Operate forklifts safely for loading/unloading and storage
• Inspect products for quality assurance
• Deliver materials to production areas
• Maintain equipment
• Wear PPE as trained
• Prepare pallets for orders
• Lift/move heavy products (up to 55 lbs individually, 100 lbs with team)
• Coordinate with Yard Supervisor

Secondary Responsibilities (Field Service & Dealer Support):

Note: This is secondary and begins after training and proficiency in primary role.

• Travel to dealer/customer sites for inspections, repairs, updates, and support
• Distribute marketing materials
• Occasional overnight travel (~20%) after training

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record
• 1+ year forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. alone, 100 lbs. with help
• Good communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Dependability, time management, multitasking
• Computer skills for reporting

Preferred:

• Experience in hardscape or paver handling
• Use of power tools like concrete saws
• Customer service or field support background
• Trailer operation experience

Physical & Working Conditions

• Lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs occasionally
• Walk, reach, inspect, climb, work in confined spaces, outdoor/indoor environments
