Job summary

Harmar Mobility is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. You will stand for long shifts, move parts, and work with lift assists, cranes, and equipment that ease heavy lifting while contributing to meaningful mobility products.

Responsibilities include pulling parts, packing and shipping, reporting shortages, and maintaining inventory accuracy. A GED is required; forklift certification and Reach Truck experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Ability to read pick lists in English and verify counts to maintain inventory integrity.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to pack, build and ship pallets.
Experience with a warehouse scanner and handheld scan gun.
Experience with Reach Truck and forklift; willing to become certified if not already.
Hands-on computer experience and power tool familiarity.
Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Background and drug screen required (including THC).
Alert purchasing agent of missing stock or stock outages.

Responsibilities

Achieve the daily scheduled production.
Maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
Report component part shortages to Supply Chain and Production Manager as soon as they are detected.
Assess adequacy of component part stocking levels.
Coordinate the flow of products throughout the manufacturing process.
Motivate team members to harness their potentials and work harder for the execution of projects.
