Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Material Handler in Peachtree City, GA, on the first shift (8:00 AM – 4:45 PM) with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This role keeps materials moving and supports warehouse operations.

Duties include blending color concentrates and resins, maintaining inventory, supplying raw materials to injection molding machines, and recording production data. Education: high school diploma or GED preferred; basic math and recordkeeping skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; reading and following product instructions, formulas, work orders, and production documentation.
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills required.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, resin blending, or injection molding preferred.
• Experience with raw materials, inventory management, and production support activities.
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience is a plus; cross train with a line operator.
• Knowledge of resin handling, color concentrate blending, and injection molding processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blend color concentrates and resins according to established formulas and product specifications.
• Maintain an organized inventory of resin concentrates, raw materials, and production equipment.
• Supply raw materials to injection molding machines to support continuous production operations.
• Remove finished products from machines, assign Kanban tags, and complete required production documentation.
• Replenish stockers with empty tote boxes, liners, bags, and other production supplies.
• Fill raw material bins, track material usage, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor bowl feeders, grinders, stockers, and related equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Dispose of rejected products and remove waste materials from production areas.
• Clean and organize manufacturing floors, warehouse areas, and workstations.
• Follow ISO quality standards, environmental procedures, OSHA regulations, and all company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting production goals and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision or management.
