Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for eight to 10 hours
• Ability to bend and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds

• Willingness to cross-train and change tasks as needed
• Composite- or steel-toe footwear required
• Comfortable working in a climate-controlled facility that may still feel warm during hot weather

• Locate, scan, and verify warehouse products
• Confirm part numbers and quantities
• Pick small parts and parcels accurately
• Distinguish between products with similar identification numbers
• Verify quantities within multi-unit cartons
• Prevent incorrect shipments through careful order checks
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse departments
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures
