A high school diploma or GED and 1 year of shipping/receiving experience are required. Responsibilities include adhering to safety rules, keeping work areas clean, and supporting other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally operate a stand up or sit down forklift.
• Follow all company safety and health rules to help keep everyone safe.
• Receive, store, and give out materials the right way, and keep records updated in the company computer system.
• Check materials for quality and make sure inventory counts are correct. Tell the Team Leader right away if there is a problem.
• Keep enough materials stocked in work areas, gather items from pull lists, and prepare materials for production.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, communicate well with coworkers and managers, and help other departments when needed.
