Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to distinguish colors for quality and material identification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse and production operations by moving, handling, and packaging materials.
• Ensure materials are staged, handled, and documented for timely delivery.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Read work orders or instructions to determine handling requirements.
• Move materials to storage, production areas, and loading docks.
• Load and unload materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Measure, weigh, and count materials to ensure accuracy.
• Record quantities handled using production sheets or system tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Perform lifting, walking, bending, and other physical tasks as needed.
