Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Material Handler to move materials, load and unload trucks, and support daily production and inventory operations. Operate forklifts, supply production lines with raw materials, and remove finished goods while performing inspections and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma; prior forklift experience is preferred and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience operating forklift preferred.
Ability to read operational and quality specifications.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Operate sit‑down, stand‑up, or reach forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.
Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods.
Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements and traffic patterns.
Assist with inventory counts, staging, and general warehouse organization.
Maintain accurate documentation for material movement and storage, using scanners and other technology.
