Staffmark in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations, move and stage materials, and ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time. The role requires safe handling practices and attention to detail across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and designated storage locations.
• Review production schedules, orders, and requisitions to determine materials to move or distribute.
• Transport materials from receiving or production areas to storage locations or other departments.
• Sort and organize inventory by size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Pull and distribute materials to production employees and assembly lines.
• Assemble customer orders and stage on pallets, shelves, or shipping areas.
• Prepare orders for packing and shipping.
