Job summary

Integra Beauty in Ohio is seeking a Material Handler to ensure efficient movement and organization of materials within our facility, supporting both receiving and fulfillment operations and assisting the warehouse team.

We value safety-conscious, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to grow with our team. The role involves loading/unloading, moving materials with equipment, order processing, inventory checks, and operating MHE such as pallet jacks or forklifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs.
• Prior experience in material handling or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials and products from trailers and containers.
• Moving materials to and from storage areas, staging areas, and production lines using manual or power equipment.
• Processes orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and completing shipment confirmations
• Verifying inventory counts and documenting material movement through scanning or manual logs.
• Operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe manner.
• Picks and packs customer orders, assembling various types of merchandise for shipment
• Move stock from reserve storage to primary picking locations.
• Uses RF scanning devices to support accurate inventory management
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area by following housekeeping and safety standards
• Partner with management to analyze your performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
