The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support daily distribution operations in Bucks County, PA.

You will load/unload materials, verify transactions, operate manual and powered equipment, and assist with inventory accuracy while following GMP and safety policies. The role offers hourly pay in the $17.00–$28.00 range, plus a discretionary bonus program and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid holidays, and education-related

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Forklift certification required after 90 days.
• Must obtain PMHE license.
• Mechanical aptitude essential.
• Medium physical effort required; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for several hours daily.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Effective communication in English (reading/writing).

Mansioni

• Loads and unloads materials shipped to and from interplant and outside facilities.
• Verify the accuracy of transactions and compare with actual production; include physical inspection of goods.
• Operate manual and powered material handling equipment to retrieve, putaway and replenish materials.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems to document and process shipping/receiving orders.
• Ensure correct pallets are used per EXACTA and supplier criteria.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Troubleshoot and communicate problems for timely turnover in shipping/sortation.
• Complete Pre-Shift Checklist on all powered equipment including battery water, charging, cleaning.
• Maintain a clean work environment; sort pallets, wrap pallets, report quality changes.
• Follow GMPs and safety policies at all times.
• Assist with training of new employees.

Conoscenze
