Job summary

RectorSeal Houston is seeking a Manufacturing Material Handler to provide logistical support for the manufacturing process. This on-site hourly role may require staging the work area before shifts and additional hours during peak times and year-end.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, ability to operate a forklift, and strong safety and communication skills to move stock efficiently across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate forklift or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Move stock between departments using forklift and scanning device.
• Count and verify material per work orders or packing lists.
• Maintain movement logs and assist in process improvements.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and support overtime when needed.
