Job summary

Tru Vue Inc., part of Apogee Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Material Handler in Faribault, MN. The role ensures tracking, storage and issuance of materials to production lines, supports shipping/receiving, and helps develop work instructions while contributing to continuous improvement.

You will operate within a pull manufacturing environment, use MRP and electronic inventory systems, participate in cycle counts, maintain FIFO, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production

Qualifications

• Forklift license and at least 1 year of forklift experience.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory management systems and data entry.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control tracking, storage and issuance of materials to production lines and assist shipping/receiving.
• Support line production, packaging, FIFO, cycle counts and inventory functions.
• Use MRP and documentation to report material location and status.
• Assist in development of work instructions and participate in continuous improvement.
