Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a General Warehouse Associate for the B shift in Chattanooga, TN. You will be responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging and replenishing product, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and proficiency in English. Previous warehouse experience and MHE certification are a plus; the environment is fast-paced with variable temperatures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures, seasonal variations.
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, verbal).
• Basic to intermediate math to verify quantities and counts.
• Warehouse experience (6 months) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using pallet jack; stage, package, label and prepare for shipping.
• Verify product quality and count; report damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Operate pallet jack and other equipment safely; report equipment issues.
• Work overtime as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
