Job summary

TSR is seeking a Material Handler to join our onsite team in Seattle. The role emphasizes material movement, inventory control, and ERP-driven receiving to support lab operations. You will manage cycles counts, storage, lot control, and maintain a compliant, efficient warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in material handling, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SAP or SAP EWM. This is a 12 month+ assignment with 8:00–17:00 schedules and onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 to 3 years of material handling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with inventory systems and ERP systems; SAP or SAP EWM preferred.
• Customer service orientation with basic communication and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and deliver products with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Support lab staff with material needs and inquiries, acting as a service partner to multiple departments.
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stocking, scrapping, and lot control.
• Manage expiry, allocation, and storage for materials, including time and temperature sensitive items.
• Receive deliveries, verify shipment accuracy, transact receipts in ERP (SAP), and store to locations.
• Work cohesively within a team-based, cross-functional environment to complete warehousing tasks.
• Maintain a neat and organized warehouse and uphold safety and compliance standards.
• Build effective relationships with researchers and stakeholders to fulfill Raw Material Requests.
