Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations in Wisconsin. This role involves unloading trucks, moving materials with PIT equipment and cranes, and maintaining accurate records in SAP.

You will contribute to timely material availability for production and shipping. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, can operate forklifts and cranes, and is comfortable with scanning devices and inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating PIT equipment and cranes, or willingness to be trained.
• Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management systems preferred.
• Experience using handheld scanners or RF devices.
• Ability to read work instructions, labels, and inventory documentation.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and receive materials accurately and safely
• Transport materials within the warehouse using PIT (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and cranes
• Store materials in designated locations following warehouse layout and safety standards
• Perform replenishment activities to support production and order fulfillment
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities
• Record all material movements and transactions in SAP
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and ensure data accuracy
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or unsafe conditions
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and equipment operation guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse
