Job summary

Staffmark in Hillsboro, OR is hiring a Material Handler to receive, move, stage, load, and unload materials across our warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, create locations in ERP, and assist with shipping documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing or material handling, forklift certification or ability to obtain, and basic computer skills (Excel). Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift Certification required or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP transactions and barcode systems.
• Create inventory locations and process barcode labels.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies using warehouse systems.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, scales, and other warehouse equipment.
• Reorganize inventory storage for space efficiency.
• Support shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
