Cummins Inc. in Mineral Point, WI seeks a Material Handler – East to support logistics operations. You will coordinate inbound/outbound, handle labeling, receiving, storage, and maintain safety and quality standards while driving efficiency in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work across teams, handle physical tasks, and comply with export controls where applicable. On-site with relocation assistance and full-time hours available.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two-year university degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Licensing may be required for export controls or sanctions compliance.
  • Significant experience in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL management.

Responsibilities

  • Pass DOT physical to drive the Sample truck.
  • Package prototypes without released packaging plans or work instructions.
  • Communicate bill of material issues found during kitting.
  • Perform any other tasks as instructed by the supervisor/manager.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Two-year university degree preferred
Export controls/licensing may be required
Experience in logistics/warehousing/3PL management

We are looking for a talented Material Handler – East to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI.

  • Warehouse Operations Proficiency : Utilize warehousing tools and methodologies to achieve defined metrics for both inbound and outbound operations.
Education/Experience
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • A two-year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing, and third-party logistics provider management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Able to pass DOT physical to drive the Sample truck.
  • Package prototype TLA's/components without released packaging plans or work instructions.
  • Ability to communicate bill of material issues found while kitting.
  • Perform any other tasks as instructed by the supervisor/manager.
