Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a part-time Material Handler in Virginia, Minnesota. This role requires safe and efficient operation of equipment and effective communication in a busy environment. The entrepreneur must lift and maneuver packages of various weights, frequently work in different weather conditions, and complete training. The hourly rate for this position is $20.58, with a work shift from early morning Tuesday to Saturday, between 2:30 AM and 7:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and maneuver packages, possibly above shoulder level.
• Must complete all basic and re-currency training successfully.
• Valid driver's license is required for the job.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment for package movement.
• Assist in the buildup/breakdown of pallets containing freight.
• Act as a liaison with the ULD repair vendor as needed.

Skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Effective communication in noisy environments

Ability to work in all weather conditions
