Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Material Handler Driver to support warehouse operations from 5:00am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday. The role distributes production and non-production items using an RF scanner, maintains paperwork, and helps ensure safety and good housekeeping in a non-climate controlled facility.

Starting pay is $21.50 per hour, with opportunities for increases after 6 months.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Hands–on ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Move parts or finished product and deliver mail/packages to various locations using an RF scanner.
• Maintain required paperwork and documentation of all parts moved.
• Ensure safe operating procedures for all equipment within the Charlotte DLC.
• Keep work areas safe, neat, and organized.
• Assist with training and instruction of new employees.
