Description

Hourly Rate: $19-$21/ Hour + Monthly incentive bonus after 90 days of employment.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Summary:

The Material Handler/Delivery Driver is responsible for fulfilling orders, organizing and maintaining inventory, unloading trucks, and making deliveries. The role combines warehouse duties with driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Locate materials and fulfill orders using RF/warehouse procedures.
• Unload products with forklift and manual handling; store accurately.
• Check incoming products against purchase orders.
• Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory.
• Prepare products for staging, labeling, and wrapping.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Complete RF and operational training as assigned.

Delivery Driver duties include:

• Operate company vehicle safely and follow DOT regulations.
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks.
• Plan routes for efficiency.
• Verify orders, secure loads, and deliver to customers.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks.
• Document deliveries with photos and report discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with RF devices and forklift operation.
• Clean driving record; ability to drive various vehicles.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and operate equipment.
• Physical fitness to perform warehouse tasks.

Working Conditions:

• Weather conditions for driving.
• Construction sites and warehouse environment.
