Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy, positive attitude Material Handler to join our Louisville team. This full-time role supports our retail operation and aligns with our core values of dignity, service, hope, and partnership.

You will assist donors and staff with unloading donations, provide excellent customer service, keep the store and donation area clean, and follow company policies. The position pays $13.00 per hour with a weekly schedule Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 1 year of production experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist each donor or Goodwill transportation staff with unloading donations from donor vehicles or store trucks using rolling carts or dollies, as necessary.
• Maintains a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep cleanliness of the store and donation area.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures.
