Rust-Oleum Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Material Handler to efficiently and safely process raw materials and components, verify documentation, and move supplies to the correct departments.

Typical duties include routing materials, tagging containers, reading work orders, recording movements, and operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.

The role supports a 6pm–6:15am 2-2-3 shift, with comprehensive benefits available after 30 days and a 401(k) plan after three months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related material handling experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude with SAP/WMS system and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver or route materials to departments using handtrucks, conveyors, or sorting bins.
• Read work orders or instructions to determine material and equipment needs.
• Record movements on production sheets or tickets and verify documentation.
• Move freight and materials to storage, production areas, or transportation.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment to load/unload cargo.
