Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. in Medina, OH is hiring a Warehouse Associate I – Material Handling (Belt/Dispatch).

This fast-paced, hands-on role supports shipping, receiving, and will call operations. You will work Mon–Fri 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, with no weekends, and earn $17.50+ per hour plus quarterly bonuses for accuracy, safety, and performance. You will safely operate forklifts and other equipment, tag and stock items, assist customers at the will-call counter, and participate in paid cross-training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse and forklift preferred, but training is provided.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move inventory.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and equipment to move items between storage bays.
• Participate in cross-training across wire, crane, pipe yard, and will call areas.
• Assist contractor customers at will call counter and notify when orders are ready.
• Attach tags and labels to materials following inventory procedures.
• Communicate with drivers and sales associates.

Location: Medina, OH | Shift: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (No Weekends)

About The Role

Looking for a fast-paced, hands‑on role with a rock‑solid schedule? We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Warehouse Associate to keep our Medina branch running like a well‑oiled machine. You will handle shipping, receiving, and order pulling to ensure our local trade contractors and internal branch network get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate industrial equipment including trucks, forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, cutting machines, carts, and conveyors to move items to and from storage bays.
• Expand your skill set across multiple departments, with paid cross‑training in the wire aisle, crane bay, pipe yard, and will call counter.
• Serve contractor customers at the will call counter with top‑tier service and notify customers by phone when their orders are ready for pickup.
• Attach accurate identifying tags, labels, and markings to materials, cases, and containers while following proper inventory procedures.
• Communicate with drivers & sales associates

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required, along with reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience: Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred, but not required, we provide full paid training!
• Comfortable standing for long periods, regularly lifting up to 50 lbs, and manually moving inventory across a busy warehouse floor.
• Careful with numbers and digital tools to ensure accurate scanning, tagging, and inventory management.
