Dealer Tire, LLC in Strongsville, OH is hiring a Material Handler/Delivery Driver for 1st shift (6am–6pm), 40 hours/week, at $22.00/hour. You will move goods, load/unload trucks, and deliver to local customers with a safety-focused, hands-on approach.

The role requires 21+, a valid license, and DOT/MVR checks; background checks apply. Training on MHE like cherry picker and forklift is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and US driving experience.
• Criminal background check and DOT physical with 3-year MVR.
• Able to lift 70 lbs frequently and 90 lbs occasionally; comfortable at heights up to 25 ft.
• Good English communication; team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Drive non-CDL 16 ft boxed trucks and sprinter vans to local destinations.
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Operate material handling equipment after training (cherry picker, forklift, walkie riders).

Schedule: 1st shift, working within the business hours of 6am-6pm, 40 hours per week. Pay: $22.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For & Position Requirements

• Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of US-based driving experience.
• Michigan requires Chauffer’s License requirement in Michigan.
• Missouri requires Class E required for Missouri.
• Must complete criminal background check.
• Must complete a DOT physical & 3-year motor vehicle report.
• Ability to handle physical tasks daily; Lifting 70 lbs. frequently, lifting up to 90 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable at heights up to 25 ft.
• Good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus).
• Team players with strong work ethics.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing.
