About the Role

Base Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

Location: 175 Southwestern Ave. Suite 100, New Braunfels, TX 78132

Schedule: 1st shift, working within the business hours of 6am-6pm, 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and at least one year of US‑based driving experience
• Michigan requires Chauffer’s License; Missouri requires Class E License
• Must complete a criminal background check, DOT physical, and a 3‑year motor vehicle report
• Ability to handle physical tasks daily (lifting 70lbs. frequently, up to 90lbs. occasionally, heights up to 25ft.)
• Good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries
• Safely operate non‑CDL 16‑ft boxed trucks and sprinter vans to transport goods to local destinations
• Work in dynamic conditions; standing, bending, and walking for extended periods in a fast‑paced setting
• Operate Material Handling Equipment such as cherry picker, forklift, and walkie riders with training
