About the Role

Position: Material Handler/Delivery Driver
Location: 3422 B. Street NW, Auburn, WA 98001
Schedule: 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 40 hours per week
Base Pay: $22.50 per hour

Position Requirements

• 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and at least one year of U.S. driving experience
• Michigan: Chauffeur’s License required; Missouri: Class E License required
• Completion of a criminal background check and a DOT physical, plus a 3‑year motor vehicle report
• Physical ability to lift 70 lbs. frequently and up to 90 lbs. occasionally; comfortable working at heights up to 25 ft.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
• Team player with strong work ethic; previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries
• Safely operate non‑CDL 16‑ft boxed trucks and sprinter vans to transport goods to local destinations
• Manage standing, bending, and walking for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment
• Operate material handling equipment, receiving training on cherry pickers, forklifts, and walkie riders
