About the Role

Base pay: $18.50 per hour. Location: 3550 Brittmoore Rd. Suite 190, Houston, TX 77043. Schedule: 1st shift, 6am-6pm, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate non-CDL 16‑ft boxed trucks and sprinter vans to transport goods to local destinations.
• Operate material handling equipment, including cherry picker, forklift, and walkie riders.
• Work comfortably in dynamic conditions, standing, bending, walking for extended periods in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and at least one year of U.S.–based driving experience. (Michigan: Chauffeur’s License; Missouri: Class E License.)
• Completed criminal background check.
• Completed DOT physical and 3‑year motor vehicle report.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs. and perform physical tasks daily.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 25 ft.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.
• Team‑player with strong work ethic.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.
