Inline Electric Supply Company is seeking a Material Handler/Delivery Driver to join our employee-owned team. You will manage accurate handling and timely transportation of materials, support inventory integrity, and ensure safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with coworkers. We value ownership and customer-focused service in our ESOP-driven company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, pull, stage, and transport materials for internal transfers and deliveries.
• Fulfill transfer orders between branches with accurate documentation.
• Load, secure, and unload materials for delivery safely and efficiently.
• Verify packing slips and shipping paperwork for accuracy.
• Process returned materials per company policies.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as assigned (certification preferred).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and delivery environment.
