Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Material Handler in Hillsboro, OR to move, stage, load, unload, and organize materials across warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, create locations in ERP, and assist with shipping documents and KPI tracking.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification or ability to obtain, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years in warehousing. Proficiency with ERP/barcode systems and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift Certification required or ability to obtain certification
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP transactions, barcode systems, and cycle count activities
• Create inventory locations and process barcode labels
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies using warehouse systems and reporting tools
• Prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL)
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, scales, and other warehouse equipment
• Reorganize inventory storage to maximize space utilization and efficiency
• Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and distribution operations
• Assist with KPI tracking, reporting, recordkeeping, and continuous improvement efforts
