Job summary

A.O. Smith is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for our Franklin, TN facility. Regular 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with overtime as needed, and pay at $22.47/hour.

You will learn all warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping finished goods, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications include 1 year of material handling experience in manufacturing, basic computer skills including SAP, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Material Handler in a Manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer knowledge including SAP.
• Must be self-starter, well organized, team player, good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform Material Handler duties per work instructions, including forklift use and RF scanner.
• Learn all warehouse duties: receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping shipments.
• Complete system transactions with accuracy.
• Stand/walk and lift up to 75 pounds; operate picker and forklift safely.
