Zusammenfassung

Unither Pharma in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support material flow in a cGMP environment. You will collaborate with Distribution, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, audit-ready material management and proper handling of materials from receipt to issuance.

The role requires basic math, English communication, and the ability to learn warehouse systems; you may operate pallet jacks and forklifts as trained, following SOPs and safety

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements.
• Experience with warehouse or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Receive, move, and stage materials in accordance with procedures and work instructions.
• Verify materials against documentation (labels, packing slips, work orders).
• Store materials in designated locations following FIFO/FEFO and material status controls.
• Issue materials to production using approved transactions and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in assigned areas.
• Operate manual material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks); forklift operation as trained.
• Comply with cGMP, safety, security, and site policies.
