Job summary

RAM Mounts is seeking a Material Handler to support the Material Handling team with requisitions and movement of products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires reliable communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling high volumes.

The position emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Daily tasks include loading/unloading, accurate logging of movements, and collaboration with peers to meet production

Qualifications

Up to 1 year minimum experience in warehouse preferred.
Up to 1 year minimum experience with forklift preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of basic warehouse and receiving processes
Able to stand for long periods and produce quality work quickly
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Detail oriented and organized under high volume
Professional demeanor with co-workers and suppliers
Clearly read, write and comprehend English
Able to use hand truck and pallet jack

Responsibilities

Assist in loading and unloading of product using pallet jacks and forklifts
Backfill other team activities including material requisition and receiving

Job Description

The position of Material Handler is responsible for assisting the Material Handling team with material requisitions. This is a fast-paced position and requires the worker to retrieve and deliver products with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. The individual filling this role will work closely with peers and supervisors on a daily basis. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as basic computer knowledge. The Material Handler must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships. Attendance and punctuality are essential.
