Job summary

Cambria is seeking a Material Handler to join our warehouse team in a clean, climate-controlled environment. You will move raw materials using a forklift, prep materials for processing, and ensure safety and organization on the floor.

Education minimum is a high school diploma or GED; no experience required for some roles. Benefits include health/dental insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and more. This position may involve shift differentials and standing for long periods.

Material Handler is responsible for various tasks within a warehouse environment while maintaining safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move raw materials to and from storage, production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles using a forklift
• Clean, organize and maintain overall appearance of the work area
• Follow proper maintenance procedures for the forklift
• Prepare materials for processing
• Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Crushing Site Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: No experience required
• Computer experience required: None

Physical Requirements:

• Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
• Push/pull loads with a pallet jack
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Push/pull 100 lbs.
• Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
• Work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Climb in and out of a forklift multiple times throughout shift
• Bend over multiple times throughout shift

Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:

• Steel toed boots
• Hearing protection
• Cut resistant gloves
• Safety glasses
• High visibility vest
• Hard hat
• Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.)

Salary:

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
