Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is hiring for a Material Handler in North Little Rock, AR. The role involves moving material through receiving, warehouse, and assembly areas using scannable tech and powered equipment. You’ll help ensure accurate inventory, timely transactions, and smooth production flow.

On first shift, starting wage is $19.35/hour with Day ONE benefits, weekly pay, and potential quarterly bonus. Training is provided; safety and teamwork are emphasized across the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous work or volunteer experience (Warehouse experience is not required, we provide classroom and on the job training)
• Willingness and ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Willingness to walk for extended periods
• Willingness to adapt to various operations
• Willingness and ability to lift to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be committed to working safely all day every day
• Work as a team to ensure parts and components are available when needed
• Utilize powered vehicles to unload material from trailers and move to proper locations
• Own the work you do, actively seeking to learn and improve to ensure safety and quality
