Job summary

Caterpillar North Little Rock, AR is hiring an assembler on our 2nd shift to build Caterpillar machines per the specified work orders. The position starts at $19.35/hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package with DAY ONE coverage.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 3 pm–11 pm, with overtime opportunities based on business needs. You will operate on the assembly line, follow instructions, and collaborate with support teams to improve the process.

Qualifications

• Previous work or volunteer experience (assembly experience not required)
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Willingness to lift up to 35 lbs
• Willingness to adapt to varying operations
• Able to rotate and bend for parts handling

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test parts, components, or systems per work orders
• Work as a team to improve assembly process
• Use assembly tools and lifting devices for safety
• Own your work and seek continuous safety and quality improvements
