Responsibilities

• Interface with carriers and customer service to address questions, concerns and needs.
• Back up for Outbound Transportation Clerk and UPS clerk as needed.
• Answer telephone calls in courteous and professional manner.
• Gather information and prepare truck load report daily.
• Assist with order processing.
• Prepare government orders, including printing the appropriate tire labels and government forms.
• Run the closing reports daily.
• Maintain inventory levels of all office supplies.
• Serve as a back-up for daily productivity reports.
