GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician Associate to assemble trailer components and conduct quality inspections in a 1st shift role (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm).

You'll read work orders, use measuring tools, operate power and hand tools, and work with steel, aluminum and solvents while following safety rules. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

What you’ll do on a typical day:

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• A high degree of technical skills and assembling techniques
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow job orders and work procedures
• Ability to perform work in a manufacturing environment

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent work or military experience
• 2 years of experience and proven track record of successful performance in a warehouse environment
• Availability to travel more than 75% of the time
• Good communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with and support other team members
• Ability to be engaged and productive while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and expectations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work outside on occasion
• Reach (including above your head)
• Safely walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Visually adjust focus, have depth perception and close vision capabilities.
