Job Description: Production Worker at Linde Gas & Equipment Inc.

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a responsible production worker to join our team! This role involves handling high- and low-pressure gas cylinders and equipment, and preparing them for shipment.

Responsibilities (2nd shift):

• Load and unload gas cylinders and other products onto and off trucks and trailers
• Sort cylinders indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Verify cylinder quantities, styles, and products; assist with inventory
• Review customer orders, pull items from inventory, and load for delivery
• Perform basic cylinder maintenance such as painting, labeling, and cleaning
• Assist with shipment paperwork to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds
• Availability to work overtime
• 1+ year experience in a plant or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Effective organizational, listening, and communication skills
• High standards of honesty and integrity
• Strong safety awareness and contribution to a safety culture
