Qualifications

• Experience in metals or warehouse setting.
• Crane, forklift, and computer skills are a plus.
• Ability to use measuring tools: tape measure, micrometer, caliper.
• Must be a team player.
• Enrollment in an apprenticeship program on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Select material from heats or for physical condition per orders.
• Unload and receive material with weighing, counting, and size checks.
• Identify by color, heat, and test numbers; organize into stock racks.
• Record information on receiving tickets and documents.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards for each task.
• Fill in for absent positions as qualified, daily.
• Other duties as assigned or may change at any time.
