Hamilton Connections, Inc. is seeking detail-oriented Material Handlers for a 12-hour night shift in Wilton, CT. Overtime after 8 hours supports production flow and on-time shipments.

The role requires hands-on SAP inventory management, forklift operation, and prep of materials for shipment. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and tracking inventory, staging materials, labeling and securing shipments, and maintaining accurate locations with cycle counts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for inventory management and transaction processing.
• Valid forklift certification and proven forklift operating experience.
• Experience cleaning, preparing, and packaging materials for shipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse scanning systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Accurately enter and track inventory transactions in SAP.
• Stage raw materials and finished goods for production and shipment.
• Clean, prepare, and package materials according to company and customer specifications.

• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.

We are seeking detail-oriented and safety-focused Material Handlers in Wilton, CT. 12 hour Night Shift. Overtime after 8 hours!. This role is critical to maintaining efficient production flow, accurate inventory control, and on-time customer shipments. The ideal candidate has hands‑on SAP experience, forklift experience, and experience cleaning, preparing, and packaging materials for shipment.

N1 (front half): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - every other Saturday

N2 (back half): Wednesday, Thursday Friday - every other Saturday

Pay $28+/hr(OVERTIME AFTER 8 HOURS)
