The position operates on a 12-hour rotating shift with shift differentials. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including holidays, health/dental/vision and disability insurances, retirement/401K, and a profit-sharing plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required (certified forklift operator).
• Ability to enter data accurately (ingredient name, lot number, date, pounds).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily forklift safety checks.
• Stock and deliver raw materials to floors and bins.
• Unload railcars and ensure resin is unloaded consistently.
• Enter ingredients into data file with required fields.
• Maintain railcar inventory and TrackMobile safety checks.
• Keep towers, mezzanine, rail car unloading area, and compound plant tidy and safe.
• Collaborate with shift supervisor on material placement and changes.
