Responsibilities

• Sorting and stacking hardwood products onto carts using leverage
• Aligning lumber on conveyors for grading, sawing, edging, trimming, and sorting
• Cleaning work area, shoveling bark and chips, ensuring area is free of debris daily
• Operating machinery and performing scheduled preventative maintenance
• Climbing and crawling may be involved for housekeeping tasks

Safety Requirements

• Wearing personal protective equipment at all times, including safety glasses, hearing protection, head protection, steel-toed boots, and other gear as required
