Job summary

Holman CVE in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Material Handler to join our team. Starting pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour. Shift: 8:30am to 5pm.

You will use wireless inventory systems to receive, count, and ship parts, perform cycle counts, operate sit-down forklift and pallet jack, and help maintain safety and cleanliness. Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts preferred.
• Experience with wireless inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and ship products using wireless inventory systems.
• Verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Physically pick customer orders with material handling equipment.
• QC outbound pallets for quantity and quality.
• Operate sit-down forklift, electric pallet jack, and wrapping machine safely.
• Perform cycle counts and investigations into inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.

Utilize wireless inventory systems to receive, count, and ship products in alignment with physical practices.Receive packing slips and verify quantities for parts against purchase orders.Physically pick customer orders with material handling equipment.QC outbound pallets by checking for quantity and quality of picked products.Safely operate equipment, such as sit-down forklift, electric pallet jack, wrapping machine.Perform cycle counts and investigations into inventory discrepancies.Retain high cleanliness standards.Independently manage safety and compliance training via online portal.Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.What are we looking for?Ability to lift up to 50+ lb materialsPrior warehouse experiencePallet Jack/Forklift ExperienceExperience with wireless inventory system is desired.
