Job Location:

North Liberty, IN

Starting Rate of Pay:

$20.35/hour

Shifts Available:

Third Shift (Sunday night to Thursday morning, 9 pm to 7 am; occasionally working Friday night)

Responsibilities:

• Follow and enforce plantwide safety procedures, environmental regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure the press continues to run smoothly.
• Retrieve racks on wheels.
• Set oven to correct temperature and time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• No High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must meet all minimal physical requirements.
• High involvement in floor activities.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Ability to understand and follow all instructions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and departments.
