Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift to perform receiving, unloading, and inventory records tasks. The role involves moving materials with hand tools and forklifts, loading docks, and safety-compliant operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Primary responsibilities include counting, weighing, sorting, packing/unpacking, and operating industrial trucks to transport materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Good communications skills; attention to detail and organized.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Handle, move, load and unload materials by hand or using material handling equipment.
• Operate forklifts, tow motors and other equipment to transport materials.
• Load/unload materials from trucks and docks; assist in inventory and weighing.
• Comply with Daifuku QMS policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining safe, efficient work environment.
