Van-Am Tool & Engineering LLC, a custom manufacturer in St. Joseph, MO, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to prepare materials and equipment for delivery and to support inventory in our facility.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of Material Handler experience, a high school diploma, forklift operation skills, strong communication, and attention to safety. Four-day or three-day work week options with shift differential are available, plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience as a Material Handler in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate forklifts and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
• Organize, label, and maintain inventory; support inventory management tasks.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safety-conscious culture.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
