Dexcom Corporation in Mesa, Arizona, is seeking a Material Handler to support end-to-end warehousing including receiving, shipping, and inventory control. Under general supervision, you’ll move materials and transact in ERP/WMS, ensuring safety and quality practices are followed.
The role requires 3+ years in material handling, 1+ year in a cGMP environment, and 2+ years with PTL/Oracle ERP or High Jump WMS (or 3+ years in another ERP/WMS).

Material Handler 4 performs a variety of warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control. Position is responsible for completing the physical and systematic movement of material in accordance with all safety, cGMP, and quality procedures. Position is expected to transact all material timely and compile and maintain all required documents for material movement as per quality procedures. This position may work with raw materials, dangerous goods, WIP materials, finished goods, returned goods, R&D materials, etc.
You have strong knowledge of technical and functional principles and the ability to teach others. You understand the company's mission and strategies. You receive assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet those goals. You provide direction to others according to established policies and management guidance. You administer company policies that directly affect team members and supporting employees. You work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. You network with senior internal and external colleagues in your area of expertise. You work on issues where analysis of the situation or data requires review of relevant factors. Your erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules or work products. You provide direct supervision to individual contributors and/or support individual contributors/matrix reports. You act as an advisor to units or sub‑units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems. Your people management responsibilities include hiring/terminations, performance reviews, career development coaching, and compensation decisions. You monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments such as set‑ups and calibrations. You have 3+ years of experience in a material handling role. You have 1+ year of experience in a cGMP environment. You have 2+ years utilizing PTL/Oracle ERP/High Jump WMS, or 3+ years completing transactions in another PTL/ERP/WMS system. You have 1+ year of experience operating electric‑powered material handling equipment.

Typically requires a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
