Job summary

Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Material Handler 2 to support inventory accuracy and material flow at our San Diego facility. You will collaborate with warehouse, manufacturing and cross-functional teams to ensure the right materials are available and properly recorded.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience and a High School diploma. ERP experience (Oracle) and forklift certification are preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through routine inventory management activities.

  • Monitor stock levels and demand to ensure material availability for operations.
  • Transport and store materials using hand trucks, forklifts or other equipment.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support warehouse and inventory control processes with cross-functional teams.

Meet the Team

Our Materials team plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy and material availability to support manufacturing operations. As a Material Handler 2, you will work closely with warehouse, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to maintain efficient material flow, perform inventory transactions, and help ensure the right materials are available at the right time. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where teamwork, accuracy, and continuous improvement are highly valued.


Where You Come In


  • You will help maintain the accuracy and quality of inventory through routine inventory management activities.

  • You will complete data entry for cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and scrap transactions with a high degree of accuracy.

  • You will perform systematic research and coordinate physical investigations to identify and resolve inventory variances.

  • You will monitor inventory levels and product demand to help ensure adequate material availability for operations.

  • You will retrieve, transport, and store materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.

  • You will follow established safety procedures and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

  • You will support warehouse and inventory control processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • You will perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
