Rittal LLC in Urbana, OH is hiring a Material Handler for 3rd shift to accurately receive inbound stock and verify it using RF scanners. You will put away inventory, pick and stage orders, and operate forklifts to load/unload trucks, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

The role supports 6-S, cross-training, and a safety-first environment with competitive starting pay and benefits. A forklift certificate and high school diploma are preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience with RF scanners and basic computer systems.
• Forklift certification required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and internal audits.
• Support 6-S initiatives and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse and material handling functions.
• Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive and verify inbound stock from vendors.
• Use RF scanners to put away stock and manage inventory.

• Forklift certification required; prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 20 feet.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
• Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Hearing protection

Work Environment:

• Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
